Updated every morning.
How it works
You pick your area and trade once. After that the leads come to you.
Pick your county and trade
Choose where you work and what you do: HVAC, roofing, solar, decks, fences and more.
We check permits every morning
New permits from the county and city records are pulled, cleaned up and sorted by the work they describe.
Your leads land in your inbox
Best leads first, each with the address, the scope of work, the project value and a link to the official permit.
Finished new homes, the list nobody else has
When a new house passes final inspection, someone moves in within weeks and starts spending. We watch for those final inspections and certificates of occupancy, so you can be the first one to reach the new owner.

Questions
Where do the leads come from?
From public building permit records published by Pierce County, the City of Tacoma and the City of Seattle. We check them every morning, remove anything that isn't a real job (special events, signs, street work) and sort the rest by the work described.
What's in each lead?
The street address and ZIP code, what the permit says the work is, the project value when the permit lists one, the date it was issued or finished, and a link to the official permit record.
How is this different from buying shared leads?
These aren't homeowner inquiries sold to five contractors at once. They're permits for work that's already approved, and you reach out to the property owner yourself. Check the details with the owner before you quote.
What is the finished new homes list?
Brand-new houses that just passed final inspection or received a certificate of occupancy. It's made for fence, landscaping, gutter, blind and other trades that new owners need in their first few months but that don't usually pull permits.
Can I change my county?
On Basic you can switch your county once every 30 days. Standard already includes both Pierce and King counties.
How does the free month work?
Your first 30 days are free and we don't ask for a card. Near the end, we email you a link to continue at your founding price. If you don't continue, your emails simply stop.
How do I pay and cancel?
Payment runs through a secure PayPal subscription, so we never see your card. Cancel any time in PayPal or by replying "Unsubscribe" to any lead email.
