These terms cover your use of Sound Permit Leads, a service of Universal Connect Enterprises. By signing up, you agree to them.

The service

We send email lists of building permits taken from public county and city records, sorted by trade and area. The records come from government sources we don't control, so details like addresses, scopes of work and project values can be incomplete or wrong. Check the details with the property owner before you quote or do any work.

Using the leads

• The leads are for your own business. Don't resell or republish our lead emails.
• You're responsible for following the laws that apply when you contact property owners, including rules on calls, texts, door-to-door and mail marketing.
• We don't promise any number of leads, jobs or sales.

Plans, the free month and payment

• Your first month is free and doesn't require a card. To continue after it, you subscribe through PayPal at the price shown when you signed up.
• Founding prices stay the same for as long as you keep your subscription active.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time in PayPal or by emailing us; you keep receiving leads through the end of the month you paid for.
• On Basic you can switch your county once every 30 days.

Availability

We aim to send leads every scheduled morning, but government data sources sometimes go down or change. If a source is unavailable, that day's email may be late or smaller.

Limits on our responsibility

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
